Karisma is a biostimulant and soft filler that offers superior performance compared to HA fillers and collagen fillers. It combines elements from both along with other ingredients in a unique formulation that provides multiple benefits for skin rejuvenation. Additionally, the product is suitable for repairing post-traumatic and/or surgical scars (e.g. acne scars, stretch marks). KARISMA thus provides a youthful appearance full of elasticity and freshness.

What is Karisma?

Karisma is a new generation soft filler that counteracts and reverses skin aging based on natural ingredients. The result is fresh, radiant and plump skin – immediately – with a lasting effect and can be combined with other applications for optimal results: firm and taut skin, visible improvement of fine wrinkles, improved skin textureand active skin regeneration through stimulated collagen synthesis.

Features are:

  • Natural – contains only natural ingredients, without chemical cross-linking agents
  • Biocompatible – 100% bioavailable and mobilizes the skin for bioregeneration.
  • Safe – does not cause allergic reactions.

What does Karisma contain?

  • Collagen type I α1 polypeptide chain – collagen contained in the Karisma preparation is obtained with the help of an innovative technology using silk threads. Unlike other products, the collagen used is not of animal origin, despite its full tissue compatibility with human collagen. Thanks to NEOSILK technology, the production of procollagen C peptide type I in fibroblasts is increased. This type of peptide facilitates the wrapping of procollagen molecules into a triple helix (superhelix) in the endoplasmic reticulum.
  • CMC – Carboxymethylcellulose – It has anti-aging properties, reduces the activity of oxygen free radicals and endogenous hyaluronidase. It has a protective effect against hyaluronic acid.
  • HA – High molecular weight hyaluronic acid (1200-1500 kDa) – It has an immediate post-treatment effect, improves the quality of the extracellular matrix and promotes fibroblast migration.

How is Karisma different from conventional fillers?

Simply put, Karisma stimulates collagen production while replenishing skin volume. Karisma promotes the regenerative capacity of the body, the formation of collagen and elastin fibers, which are essential for the elasticity and quality of the skin. At the same time, it provides all the moisturizing and replenishing properties of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid.

Effects of the application of Karisma are:

  • Rejuvenation of the skin of the face, mouth region, neck, décolleté, crow’s feet and hands.
  • Improvement of facial contours, a gentle lifting effect
  • Reduction of wrinkles
  • Reduction of scars and stretch marks
  • Improve the quality and density of the skin
  • Repair of post-traumatic and/or surgical scars (e.g. acne scars, stretch marks).

What do I have to consider before the treatment?

On the day of treatment, cleanse the face sufficiently and do not apply makeup, sunscreen, cosmetic products or lotion.

Application of Karisma:

  • If necessary, lidocaine (local anesthetic) can be applied in advance to treat the pain, since acidic portions can cause tickling. However, injecting KARISMA is usually painless.
  • The Karisma protocol is based on performing 2 treatments 1 month apart. Depending on age, lifestyle and skin quality, the effect of the treatment lasts between 6 and 12 months. It is worth performing a booster treatment after 4 months.
  • KARISMA is a 100% natural product and can therefore be used several times without any restrictions
    .
  • It does not contain allergy-containing α2-chain of human type I collagen, thus reducing the risk of allergy and eliminating the need for a patch test in advance.
  • Depending on the indication, Karisma is administered by mesotherapy or linear retrograde technique using a needle or cannula. The procedure does not require anesthesia or convalescence.

Can Karisma be combined with other treatments?

Especially before a facelift 1-2 applications prove to be ideal – as this activates the extracellular matrix and the fibroblasts and this thus significantly improves the final results.

Likewise, the combination with PRP (= Platelet Richt Plasma) or
radiofrequency treatments is particularly suitable for the first treatments.

What do I have to pay attention to after the treatment?

After the treatment you are immediately fit for everyday life again. At most, there may be slight redness, but this can be covered up well. You should not apply make-up or exercise for 12 hours after the treatment.

After a treatment you should take care of your skin with moisturizer and sunscreen SPF 50 for at least a week. We will be happy to recommend suitable care products on request.

What are the treatment costs?

The cost of a treatment is agreed in advance depending on the region and severity. As a rule, packages of 3-5 treatments are agreed, sometimes an annual flat rate is also useful.
