Cellulite is widespread, about 80-90% of women are affected after puberty. This aesthetic problem appears as a dent especially on the thighs and buttocks. A combined treatment of radiofrequency, endermology and collagen stimulators can significantly improve the skin appearance.
What is cellulite?
Cellulite usually occurs on the thighs, buttocks and stomach. In women, it develops in the fatty tissue as dimples. Hormonal changes lead to varying degrees of swelling of the fatty tissue. 86% of women are affected by sagging skin in the abdominal area after the birth of their first child.
The connective tissue collagen strands cause dimpling. Cellulite is not a disease, but a purely aesthetic feature. Weight does not play a role; slim women can develop cellulite just as easily as overweight women.
How do collagen stimulators work?
Collagen stimulators are immunologically inert, biocompatible and self-dissolving. The collagen tissue is stimulated while the substance slowly breaks down. Under local anesthesia, the substance is injected into the deep and superficial layers of fatty tissue using a needle or cannula.
This stabilizes and tightens the tissue. Several treatments can lead to long-lasting results. The treatment is not suitable for so-called “banana folds”.
How does radiofrequency microneedling work?
Through the mechanical and thermal stimulation, the skin is tightened in a very gentle way. Coagulation occurs by means of intelligent radio frequency. Coagulation leads to the formation of new collagen and elastin, improves scars, skin structure, wrinkles and sagging in any part of the body.
Treatment with LPG Endermologie?
LPG® endermologie offers a 100% natural alternative: re-stimulating the dormant cellular activity inside the skin to combat all unsightly signs of aging (wrinkles, sagging skin, unruly curves, orange peel/cellulite).
The mechanical stimulation of the cells, called endermologie®, enables the stimulation of cell activity in a natural way and without pain.
The endermologie® a gymnastics for skin and adipose tissue to loosen fibrous zones. At the same time, this stimulation allows the release of fats and activates blood and lymphatic circulation.
At the same time, the mechanical action of the treatment attachment stimulates the natural breakdown of fat, tightens the skin and gives it new tone and elasticity and smoother appearance. The treatment lasts about 30 minutes.
How often do I have to do the treatment?
Cellulite is a chronic condition and several treatments are necessary. Depending on the severity of cellulite, 2 – 3 treatments with collagen stimulators are necessary at intervals of 2 months. With LPG® endermologie, at least 10 treatments twice a week are necessary.
When will I see the first results?
Immediately after the treatment, an immediate effect is visible. Over time, the collagen stimulator dissolves while stimulating its own collagen stimulation. The first results are visible after 6 – 8 weeks and can last 2 years or longer. With endermology, the results become more and more obvious in the following treatments and fully unfold after a few weeks.
What do I have to pay attention to after the treatment?
At home, the treated regions can be cooled with ice for the first 24 hours. After the treatment you should avoid nicotine and increased sun exposure for 10 days. The treated area should be massaged every day for two weeks. Also, do not use any skin products for 24 hours after the treatment due to the risk of infection. Refrain from sports activities, sauna or swimming for one week.
What are the risks?
After the treatment, the tissue may be slightly red or swollen. Usually the swelling goes down after 24h. The pain after the treatment is low, light painkillers can be taken if necessary. The risk of infection is very low, you do not need antibiotic prophylaxis for the treatment.
What are the costs?
The cost of treatment is agreed in advance depending on the region and severity and starts from 400.- CHF per treatment. As a rule, packages are agreed according to the degree of severity.
