Body Surgery

Plastic surgery on the body

Exercise, sport and a healthy diet are important for a shapely body silhouette. However, sometimes this is not enough to tighten certain parts of the body or get rid of stubborn fat deposits.

Good nutrition and skin care are crucial for lasting results from body contouring procedures. Aesthetic body shaping and tightening can help to achieve the goal of a well-shaped body and well-being.

Body contouring treats specific problem areas or combines various procedures. Liposuction can be used to permanently remove fatty tissue, e.g. from the stomach, hips, thighs, arms or chin.

Lipoplasty improves proportions and shapes aesthetic curves and forms, e.g. in the case of buttock augmentation. Both methods are often combined.

In a consultation, PD. Dr. med. Mathias Tremp will inform you in detail about the procedure, possible complications and the feasibility of the desired body correction.

Our comprehensive treatment concept combines innovative technologies with proven methods to effectively rejuvenate and care for your skin.

Liposuction

Liposuction is a frequently performed and safe procedure to remove stubborn fat deposits in these areas. Long-lasting results can be achieved through a combination of liposuction, an optimal diet and skin care. Possible regions for liposuction are

  • Belly
  • Hips
  • Thigh
  • Poor
  • Chin
Surgical lipedema therapy
In lipedema, the fatty tissue of the subcutis increases symmetrically on both legs and stores water. In the course of its development, it reacts painfully to pressure. The disease occurs almost exclusively in women. In order to permanently reduce the symptoms of lipedema, the surgical reduction of the fatty tissue in the form of liposuction under tumescent local anaesthesia with fine, vibrating cannulas (Microaire®) has proven to be effective. With this technique, up to 85% of the fatty tissue in the affected areas is suctioned out, sparing the lymph vessels as much as possible. Several treatments are often necessary.
Treatment of spider veins (foam sclerotherapy)
Liquid sclerotherapy (Aethoxysklerol 0.25%, 0.5% and 1%) efficiently treats spider veins and smaller varicose veins.
Abdominal liposuction
Stubborn fat deposits on the abdomen are often difficult to eliminate through exercise or dieting. With liposuction, the focus is not necessarily on weight reduction, but rather on optimising the silhouette of the body shape. Often the waist and hips are also treated here so that a harmonious shape is created.
Liposuction on arms
Liposuction of the upper arms is a popular procedure, especially for women. Annoying fat pads that unfortunately no longer allow you to wear sleeveless dresses and T-shirts can be removed gently and permanently with liposuction circularly around the upper arm. Often the skin forms well together after the procedure, occasionally some skin needs to be removed from the underarm area. Often the waist and hips are also treated here so that a harmonious shape is created.
Fat-stretching syringe
Injection lipolysis or fat-blasting: the non-surgical approach to fat loss that works. Injection lipolysis therapy or fat way injections can help lose smaller pockets of fat, such as the chin or cheek area, that are no longer treatable through dietary changes or exercise.
Injection lipolysis (= fat way injection)
Phosphtidylcholine is a natural substance that, in higher concentrations, destroys fat cells forever. At an interval of 3 weeks, the substance is usually injected 3 - 4 times into the areas to be treated. In the case of small fat pads, the desired success can already begin after one treatment. After the treatment there may be a slight swelling and redness for a few days The treatment is suitable for smaller, localised areas. Liposuction is recommended for larger fat deposits.
Surgery, ability to work, risks and aftercare
Depending on the extent of the procedure, liposuction can be performed on an outpatient or inpatient basis, under local or general anaesthesia. The inability to work depends on the extent and course of the procedure and can last up to a week in the case of extensive liposuction. The risks and prices are discussed individually according to the procedure. After the treatment you will have to wear a compression vest for about 4 weeks.
Costs
The costs include all measures such as preliminary discussion, operation, anaesthesia and follow-up checks, excluding compression garments and overnight stay.

Body lift

Body tightening can be achieved through a combination of liposuction and removal of excess skin. Liposuction is usually sufficient for taut skin and a BMI of less than 30 kg/m2 for women and less than 32 kg/m2 for men. We use modern techniques such as vibration technology with Microaire®.

The so-called Mommy Makeover includes various procedures that are performed in one operation to correct unwanted changes after childbirth, pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Abdominoplasty
An abdominoplasty is recommended when excess, sagging skin and fatty tissue remain on the abdomen after massive weight loss or pregnancy. Often the abdominal muscles must also be tightened (so-called rectus plication).
Upper arm lift
Skin and tissue sagging can also occur on the upper arms. Especially in women with increasing age or patients after severe weight loss. In an upper arm lift, the fat is first suctioned off circularly and, if still necessary, the excess skin is removed either in the armpit region or on the inner upper arm up to the elbow.
Thigh lift
Skin and tissue sagging can also occur on the thighs. Especially in women with increasing age or people after a heavy weight loss. In a thigh lift, analogous to the upper arm lift, the excess fat is first suctioned out using vibration technology (Microaire®) and then the excess skin is removed. The incision or scarring depends on the excess skin and can be only in the groin or over the whole inner thigh.
Body lift
The body lift is an all-round correction of the body silhouette. The buttocks and outer thigh region are tightened in the prone position and the abdomen and inner thighs are operated on in the supine position.
Buttock lift
The buttock lift removes excess skin, for example after weight loss. The excess tissue can be used to enlarge the buttocks. At the same time, the patient's own fat can be injected to increase the volume or an implant can be inserted under the buttock muscle.
Mommy Makeover
Mommy Makeover (sagging belly, sagging empty breasts, thinning labia, dilated vagina and correction of perineal scars) refers to various procedures performed in the same operation to correct unwelcome change as a result of childbirth, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Surgery, ability to work, risks and aftercare
The costs for surgical procedures vary depending on the effort involved and are discussed and defined in advance with the patient. The costs include all measures such as preliminary discussion, operation, anaesthesia and follow-up checks, excluding compression garments and overnight stay.

In case of multiple procedures, there is a price reduction of 20% on the 2nd procedure.

Buttock lift and pomodelling

After pregnancy, a combination of different aesthetic procedures can help to reshape the body. This often includes a body lift to remove excess skin and tighten the contours. PD. Dr. med. Mathias Tremp will be happy to advise you on the options and recommend the best procedure.

Another method in the field of body contouring is fat grafting. This involves removing fat from one area of the body and transferring it to another area in order to increase volume or improve contours. This can be used for breast augmentation or facial rejuvenation, for example.

In addition to surgical procedures, PD. Dr. med. Mathias Tremp also offers non-surgical treatments for body tightening. These include radio frequency therapy, which stimulates collagen production and tightens the skin, and cryolipolysis, which reduces fat cells through cold treatment.

Buttock lift
The buttock lift removes excess skin, for example after weight loss. The excess tissue can be used together with autologous fat treatment or implant to enlarge the buttocks.
Buttock enlargement
Buttock augmentation can be performed using autologous fat treatment and/or implants. This must be discussed individually and depends on the respective wishes.
Brazilian Butt Lift
This term is actually irritating because the buttocks are not tightened, but are usually enlarged with the patient's own fat. Correctly, the procedure is now called "Safe Subcutaneous Buttock Augmentations (SSBA)". This method is very efficient when used correctly (injection into the fat tissue and not into the muscle). Occasionally the procedure has to be repeated several times as about 40-50% of the fat dissolves again.
Surgery, ability to work, risks and aftercare
Procedures on the buttocks can be performed on an outpatient or inpatient basis, under local anaesthesia, twilight sleep or general anaesthesia and usually take 2-3 hours. After 5 to 7 days, patients are usually fit for work again (light physical activity). With proper surgery, swelling, bruising, wound healing problems and infections can be kept to a minimum. It takes 2 to 4 weeks for complete healing and swelling. Aftercare includes 6 to 8 weeks of compression girdles, 2 to 3 weeks of abdominal sleep, showering after 3 days, exercise after 6 weeks. Intimate surgery women

Labia reduction can be performed for medical and aesthetic reasons. It may be necessary after other gynecological procedures or to alleviate problems with intimate hygiene, wearing tight clothing, cycling or sexual intercourse. The procedure can reduce pain and have a positive effect on female self-image and sexuality. Intimate surgery requires mindfulness and trust.
Correction of the labia (labiaplasty)
The shape and size of the labia minora can vary and are natural. However, excess tissue in the genital area can make everyday life more difficult during sport and intimacy.
Labia reduction
In a labia minora reduction, excess skin is removed from the labia minora without impairing sensitivity. The procedure can be performed under local or general anesthesia and is usually performed on an outpatient basis.
Enlargement of the labia
The labia can be augmented with autologous fat treatment or fillers (hyaluronic acid, autologous fat or biostimulants). The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and the results are long-lasting. With autologous fat treatment or the use of biostimulants, a repeat treatment may be necessary, while with hyaluronic acid a refresher treatment is generally recommended every 6 months.
Reconstruction of the labia
The labia can be reconstructed using local tissue (so-called local flap plastic surgery) or autologous fat transplantation. This procedure can be paid for by the health insurance and must be examined individually.
Correction of asymmetrical labia
An asymmetrical labia, which is larger, thicker or longer than the other, can make everyday life more difficult during sport and intimacy. The treatment involves reducing the size by removing the excess skin.
Reduction of the mons pubis
This procedure is usually performed under local anesthesia by liposuction. It can also be combined with a body-lifting operation such as a tummy tuck.
G-Spot Intensification
Treatment with autologous blood (platelet rich plasma = PRP) can intensify the G-spot. After the blood sample is taken, the blood is centrifuged and the plasma is injected locally. The plasma contains a high concentration of growth factors and thrombocytes, which have a regenerative effect. As a rule, 3 treatments are required at intervals of 4 weeks, followed by an annual maintenance treatment.
Correction of perineal scars
The labia reconstruction procedure can be performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia. Various techniques such as reconstructive flap surgery, Z-plasty and autologous fat treatment are used.
